Embrace Your Heritage. Empower Your Future.

Join our Dual Identity Leadership Program in 2026 - connecting young Australians with their roots through culture, leadership, and community.

Helping Young Australians Get in Touch with their Culture

In 2013, a group of Vietnamese leaders recognised the need to support second-generation Vietnamese Australians to reach their potential and embrace leadership that reflects both their cultural identities. From that vision, the Dual Identity Leadership Program (DILP) was born.

First run in 2014, the Dual Identity Leadership Program explores self discovery, foster leaderships skills, and supports young Australians who identify with two cultures manage, reconcile, and understand their dual identity. DILP empowers young culturally and linguistically diverse Australians to turn their dual identity into a strength through leadership training, mentorship, and social impact projects.
